Remarks

It's good and the atmosphere is nice to study and well maintained.There are lots of faculties available in this college.You can get help from any teachers as well.The type of teaching is quiet good.The infrastructure is quiet well for students.

Course Curriculum Overview

Nice College for Learners who are interested in studying.Nice updation for course syllabus.No industrial experience provided.I think that the Computer Lab is quiet well maintained.The Library room is quiet well for hiring of books.

Nothing Job opportunities available for students who are willing to get job.They have to go somewhere else for finding nice jobs.

Nice Campus life.Technical facilities is quiet nice so that students gain knowledge easily.Culture of the College is quiet well.It's quiet big and students willingly participate in campus events.Every year the campus facilities keeps on growing.

Fees and Financial Aid

Some scholarship forms are available for students who are interested in doing further courses.Loan availability criteria is not so much available.

Campus Life

Nice sports facilities.Wifi is quiet slow speed.Library size is very large.There are many types of equipments available in the lab as well.Students can good campusing facilities from all aspects.Nowadays new infrastructure facilities are growing up as well.

Hostel Facilities

I haven't opted for hostel rooms.Yes of course it is sharing.There are many hostel seats available.PGs quiet good.The Average Rental Fees is nearly 5000 per month.You can fill up the form available for hostel facilities nearby.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

A college with all the facilities.

I applied in 5 colleges;Seth Anandram Jaipuriya, Goenka, Surendranath, Lalbaba and City college in which I am currently studying. I got confirmation from lalbaba and City college. Those nice college days

I had applied in many colleges and also got selected there but I chose city college for it's friendly atmosphere and supportive seniors. In order to eligible for pass course you need minimum 60percent for not put yourself in waiting list. If you score below this then there are chances that your name will be not in the first list. There are 2 or sometimes 3 lists are out for admission list. If you want to go with honours then you need 85 to 90 percent because seats are very limited...Read More
