Remarks

It's a leading college in Kolkata, best suitable college especially for commerce students and studies are done sincerely here, this college has ample facilities with good placements and even maximum toppers are being graduated from this college since many years, the environment is fabulous and all facilties are availed here.

Every faculty is very good and cooperative,they're always ready to help you up with all your doubts and problems, and the faculties are very friendly and it's a very good college, even the staff members are also very good in helping you out any time

As I'm studying in 2nd year so i haven't idea of placements but yes there are my seniors who graduated from this college and they really get the best placements with high marks and also many companies approach to this college

College performs many programmes, and every one take part in this programmes and also conducts many completions and yes they won those competitions as well, they also perform many activities and also conducts awareness programmes

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

SAJC - From The Eye of a Student.

There was only 3 better colleges I couldn't apply to. They were St.Xaviers Kolkata, Goenka and Maulana Azad. Seth Anandram Jaipuria College is among the top 5 colleges and is well known. It is also the best college in North Kolkata, some might not agree to me though. The deciding factors for me were very low fees, decent quality teachers, and the most important, quality of crowd and reputation of the college.
