Remarks

This college have amazing placement opportunities specially for CSE, IT, ECE. Huge number of companies visits every year in Techno campus. Faculties are very much supportive and encouraging. Department of information technology in which I am in is the best department of techno international Newtown.

Course Curriculum Overview

Syllabus wasn't updated for our batch but next year's batch syllabus was updated and was very effective. My Head of Department is very supportive and encouraging. Student teacher interaction is very efficient in our college.

Most of the MNCs visits our campus. Number of placed students from our college is increasing year by year. There is no entrepreneur cell in our college. But our training and placement cell supports any students wanted to start a startup

Our college organises three big events every year 1. Sports fest which consists of basketball, cricket, football and badminton tournament with some large number of indoor games as well 2. Technical fest which is an amazing platform for technical geeks to express themselves and gaming competition 3. Culture fest

Fees and Financial Aid

No our college have no scholarship. But our university provides financial help for students who doesn't have any earning member in their family. And if some one arrange scholarship from some where else then college will have no objection and you can easily avail it.

Campus Life

Techno international Newtown have a football groud, a basket ball court, cricket practice nets. Have different labs for different subjects. A beautiful auditorium and fully WiFi enabled library.

Hostel Facilities

There is no in campus hostle on our college. The hostel is a bit far from our college. Hostle facilities are not that good. In my opinion it would be better if students will arrange some other private hostle of pg

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
