Remarks

This college has a big campus. Various courses available here. Infrastructure is good. College provides clean eco friendly premises. I'm a mathematics honours student. Teachers of our department are very student friendly. Our department has its own library and helps the needy students of our department with study materials, which is very important and a very noble work indeed

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty is good. The way of they teach is really appreciable. Even the non teaching staffs are very helpful. Many seminar, educational and cultural programs are hold for the betterment of college's education system

Course Fees: INR 6000 per year

Placement Experience

Many companies have been visited here and also the students are offered jobs as per their qualifications and ability

College Events

We almost celebrate every possible programs in our college premises. Our college's annual function NEXUS is celebrated during the winters before Christmas. It is a 4 day long function and various of games and cultural programs are organised in this event. Many artists came to our college during the nexus and performed at our college

Campus Life

Wifi, library are available.labs for the lab-based subjects are available.and the equipments are also advanced and well maintained, gym for the fitness of the college students is also available here for students' use.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
