Remarks
Timing as I get the whole day free, although 6 am college is a bit tiresome but it rewards you with the whole day to do whatever you want. Other than this I get amazing opportunities through various societies, sports clubs, diverse population. The facilities and faculty is also one of the reasons, along with a great reputation. The reputation and brand name the college has was also a driving factor. Although the college should be a lot more lenient with the strict rules. To sum it up, the reputation, opportunities to simulation and improve yourself, variety and variations in activities along with highly competitive environment pushes you to be at your best.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is decent and sufficient too. It was quite accomodating of a lot of areas in accounting, economics and law. As for industrial exposure, I didn't feel this factor to be present as much. The faculty was very patient but strict as and when required, their various years of experience reflected in their style of teaching. Particularly, I really enjoyed law classes and EVS classes.
Placement Experience
I don't have much idea about the placements and opportunities as such but I've heard the best of companies do recruit in our college and our placement cell provides the best for the students. The entrepreneur cell is also very active and hosts regular and amazing events
College Events
Campus life for my course B. com(M) is pretty non existent, as I am a part of various societies, sport teams etc I do get to socialize and meet new people through these societies and co curricular activities. The college societies regularly host events and competitions which are carried out round the year to keep everyone interested.
Campus Life
The campus is decent sized and even though the classrooms and the whole infrastructure as a whole is old, accommodation for mordern equipment such as smart boards, A/C and projectors are there in these classrooms. The library is way ahead of the competition from other colleges and is really advanced with a huge variety of books and facilities. I haven't particularly been familiar with any labs, but the Finance lab is really amazing. The sports facilities are really great for outdoor as well as indoor sports.
