Remarks

1. Gla University provides good placement in mnc's companies like Microsoft, Capgemini, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture etc. Second thing, it has a very good management as well as infrastructure. It conducts a lot of the program that will help getting the placement MNCs and non-mnc's company like workshop and immersion classes. The negative point is this university it has as much more fee than other universities. 2. If you want to take admission in Gla university then- At first you have to clear the GLAET exam only then further process you know www.glauniversity.in website and you get the information about your fees according to your courses.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

If I talked about the faculty then faculty is very good because the university accept the faculties as their mtech or PhD qualified teacher. But a little bit number of faculty is not good they can't explain well such as students want. And, if I talked about the syllabus then, syllabus design based on the new technology and according to requirement of the company. In a semester the university conducted 3 terms, as we know first term, mid term and last term.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

Yes, students also get the offer of internship and project in final year. According to the students they can choose internship with their choice.

Placement Experience:

Placements at Greater Noida Institute of Technology (GNIOT) are decent but not exceptional. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester onwards. Companies like TCS, Wipro, and Infosys visit the campus, along with some startups, and offer roles mainly in IT support, development, and trainee positions. The highest package offered is around 8–10 LPA, while the average package ranges between 4–5 LPA, and the lowest is around 2–3 LPA. Approximately 60–70% of students get placed, while others either go for higher studies or off-campus opportunities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

Placement Experience:

Around 70–80% of students from the course get placed through campus recruitment drives every year. The average package ranges between 3–5 LPA, while the highest package can go up to 8–10 LPA depending on skills and performance. Top recruiting companies include TCS, Wipro, Infosys, HCL, and other reputed firms. A good number of students also secure internships in companies related to their field, which helps in gaining practical exposure and industry experience. The common roles offered include software developer, data analyst, trainee engineer, and support roles, providing a solid start to students’ careers.

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.
