SRM has a diverse cultural, from all around the world. It's infrastructure will catch your attention and make you bind to itself. It provides many launchpad, clubs, fest, etc. Best in diverse and practical studies.

Syllabus was according to the norms and curriculum by MHRD. It provided many electives and open electives. That made choices and options for students to choose among those interested subjects. Wherever possible, labs has been introduced with the subjects to deliver through practical knowledge.

In the sophomore year I have been selected by one of the startup from our college seniors. It was wisopt software. There I did my Summer internship for 2 months and learn web development. I was getting a stipend of rupees 10000 per month, after that I got a completion certificate and good project which I did on the web development. In the final year during the 8th semester I did my internship in Cognizant Technology Solutions private limited. I started my internship from January to may of year 2020. Every month I was getting a stipend of 12000 rupees.

SRM university conduction year along placement season. Several companies in many many numbers, around thousands of companies come every year into college for hiring students for different domains, different jobs. These companies are domain specific, for example, IT, software, electrical, mechanical and several other principles. Many good companies like Google, Microsoft also come in our college. The average package goes for SRM is 4 lacs per annum. It has a track record of 100% placement. SRM put efforts to get it students placed from the year before final year, by conducting several practice sessions test and many rigrous ways to get student excel in the placement season. SRM has a good reputation among other companies and many companies prefer to come to SRM college first to start the recruitment drive.

SRM's campus life was one of the best campus life among any colleges present in the India can be compared with other several international colleges also. It has many technical fest and cultural fest. Also the two big fest of SRM are Milan and Aarussh. Milan is cultural fest while Aarussh is being a techno-management fest. In both the first one can easily get you know exposure and everything about entertainment, and all the participation in the fest programs are easily accessible. One should contact respective authorities and teams and concerned clubs to participate in to those events. They are being conducted at national and international level. Also teams and participants come from several parts of India, from many other colleges. Celebrities from entertainment industry as well as some leaders of the society grace the presence of theses week-long fests.

One of my friend has got 100% scholarship from the college for whole 4 years. One can easily get scholarship if they score under some best percentile, after each semester, for the coming semester. During the time of admission, there are several banks available for providing loans to students.

As said earlier, Infrastructure was very catchy. It has many students' friendly facilities. The whole campus was under WiFi coverage. SRM's library was recognised as one of the best library in the India, according to some survey, fully air-conditioned, well managed, equipped with physical as well as eBooks, journals, etc. It also has many indoor and outdoor game facilities and the well maintained court and ground, for profeesional games. Labs has been all up to date, fully equipped, new modern apparatus, PCs Air-conditioned, etc, with all time presence of lab assistance.

I opted for hostel. For 1st years' the hostel is pretty much luxury. For subsequent years, the room size decreases. For AC hostel, the rooms are same with same facilities, but costs additional one lakhs rupees. Everywhere, one can easily connect to WiFi network. It has good lifts and elevator. Laundry service, mess food, gaming, gymnasium, indoor and outdoor games, are included. Room sharing depends on what hostel building students chooses for him/her. But it ranges from 2-4. It has dormitories for accommodating huge crowds. One can easy avail hostel from hostel booking portals, which opens at the end of every year, for next year residents. If in case, one fails to book online, offline office facilities are available for the same and things related to it. Several rentable apartments and private PGs are there outside of the campus area which costs almost same as hostel.
