Awesome period of my life.

Overall the college is above average but there is some problems such that some time conflicts break out between students and teachers. But it is very minor problem because situation gets alright very quickly. So over all college is nice.

I took JEE MAINS entrance test,and i scored 191/360 in that.i opted this college because of its beautiful location and culture.

The course structure here is followed of IIT DELHI course.And it is cgpa based marking system and whole syllabus is research based.And the assessments which we gets here most interesting and knowledge giving. I love to study here with a awesome course structure and the electives which the final year students gets here is most important and gives a lot of knowledge and contentment to the students .

The placement of our college was above average many of them were doubly placed some of them were got abroad placement too.Overall the placement was good the placement %of the college :- CSE-100% Highest Package Offered$1,20,000 per annum offered by Epic Systems, USA Top Recruiters:- Aricent, Epic Systems, Finisar Malaysia, ONGC, Oracle, Samsung, TCS, Wipro, Works Application.

TECHVEGANGA is the technical festival which is organised every year in the college but in recent years it is on hold due to some reason.And cultural events also organised time to time which provides the opportunity to show their talents to the students.

Fee structure is good because it is a government funded institution so government decides the fee structure that's why the fee structure is very friendly for every economic background students. Students whose annual income is below 1lac gets full exemption for academic fee and whose annual income is between 1-5 lac gets 2/3 exemption from the fee.

The scholarship given in the college is Based on economical background criteria. Since the fee structure is prepared by government bodies hence that is for all students falling in same background state.

The campus life in my college is nice for me because it is my life best experience to be here.Local Students are very much friendly for outstation students. They behave in very proper manner. There is not a single case of intolerance based on gender ethnicity race or religion etc.Regular workshops also held's to enrich the knowledge of students. Some cultural and social events also organised time to time.

The hotel facilities are good enough but accommodation for first year students are sort of problem creating because in one room 4 students have to be live but the room is only for 3 students so it creates problem but after first year the problem gets eradicated permanently and mess food is average it is not better but it is ok because one can not expect a very nice food from mess.

Since the college is the one of the oldest nit's of india hence it has a very strong alumni network. Every year a large number of passed out students comes in the yearly alumni meet.And they all are very helpful in nature they always ready to help the students whenever they need any help.

The exam structure is cool for the students. Some time exams troubles the students which generally everywhere happens but overall it is nice it never proves hectic for the students. Also the lab and practical tools are very nice because time to time government releases the fund for modernization of institute and to purchase advanced lab tools and appliances.

The notification for JEE entrance exam came out in the month of December after that i appeared in the test in month of april i passed it and the counselling was begin in the month of july in which i opted computer science discipline in nit srinagar and after that i reported physically in the college.

The faculties in my college are very intelligent and genius personalities. Above 90% of them have done ph.d or masters in their respective areas of interest. Also they look very much interested in their area of study. They always show lot of interest in giving their every knowledge and experiences to the students. Some of them are very experienced and intellectual facilities of india. They always prefer to teach new and latest technologies. I love to learn from them.
