Remarks

This is a government college. The campus is pretty good. It's near my home town. This College is near tehri dam there is THDC project which is beneficial for college. Mechanical course is better as the jobs in private sector is more in this branch

Course Curriculum Overview

The college is under UTU ( Uttarakhand technical university). So all course and academic calendar is according UTU. There are 2 lab and 2 theory exams in semester. Himanshu nautiyal sir and Manish Singh Bisht sir both are good at there respective teaching style.

Course Fees: INR 75000 per year

Placement Experience

The college take care of placements and packages. The companies come frequently in college. The average package is of 6-7 lakh. Recently subham nautiyal got a package of 8 lakh. Bigger company does not come as it's a rural area.

College Events

The campus life is hectic as the schedule is tight. The campus looks pretty as the college is near lake. The extra curricular activities are organised by the college itself. There are many events like work shops on robotics,machinery and working models.

DBUU Review for BAMS

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course (BAMS) is very good and interesting. In initial days it is little bit difficult to understand the concepts but teachers explains very well that you will get the concepts as Ayurveda is a different & ancient science . You will get very much of written work No clinical postings and OPD postings. I think it should be implemented

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course due to my own interest. This course is relevant enough to prepare the person to solve real-life applications and adapt thinkingness and knowledge. It would be helpful if they use visual content to teach it will be helpful. The frequency and timing of exams are perfect according to the level of the paper.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I have seen students who have studied from here have achieved many things in life some of them became professors here. Some are doing work abroad. According to me something there should be a change like having more practicals if you have taken subjects like IT, cs,bca or any other practical subjects book knowledge is also compulsory but by doing practicals we can learn more easily. Exams are normal for 1st year but as you are going higher difficulties will come.

From the 7th semester you can sit on the placement drives.. Multiple companies visited like accenture,adobe,tcs etc. The percentage is little bit low this year..i have not much knowledge about it right now. I will try to get a good job.

GREAT COLLEGE

Admission:

The entrance exam is held on June 1 every year. IIMs .silly running. The test is for admission to all IIMs including IISK Shikesh, Delhi, Jodhpur, Bhopal, Jaipur and Bhubaneswar. After selection, you just have to visit college for filling the form.

Good place and college. Bad Admin and Faculty

I took admission in Covid year, 2020.So all of colleges had delayed the admission procedure, but THDC was admitting on basis of 12th marks before even JEE mains was completed. I had not much prep for Jee, so I took admission in THDC as it was in my home district. Now the admission process is entirely online.
