Remarks

The college is well known for the discipline. Not only that college has great ranking among self financing colleges in the area of academics. Also the college has very beautiful atmosphere with full of trees and greenery. Along with that they always try to maintain college clean everytime.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our college will always try to achieve the students the best. For that they used to follow strict portions given by the university. Not only that they used to give us different workshops and trainings from different resource persons. All the faculties were very supportive. They used to give advices which helped us to achieve our goals very fastly

Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Placement Experience

Placement department is very strong in our college. They have provided different placement trainings. Companies such as soti, Wipro, cognizant etc had come to the college. Many students were placed in different companies

College Events

We really enjoyed our college life. College has given plenty of chances to enjoy and at the same time build our technical area. Some of the events were Iedc Summit, Hackathons, KTU techfest, college level techfest and many more. Also different extracurricular activities also were there

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Is engineering here worth it?

Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
