Remarks

The college is very good as per my home tutor, true also. When I first visit the college I saw the atmosphere is very healthy and good. Also the college has very good faculy and placement cell. So I choose the college to pursu hospitality management.

Course Curriculum Overview

All the lectures are around 35 to 40 all are hotel management passout,the experience held by them is quite good for me. The curriculam groomed for industry specific knowledge, the campus placement of the college is quite good.

Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Placement Experience

The companies that came for placement are Hyatt, Marriott, Raddison, IBM catering group, Lalit group, Burj Khalifa dubai and many more. The tentative percentage of the students in every year are around 75%.

College Events

They were very good we have all hotel related in our college. The no parties is allowed in our college it's a ragging free college. We get many cultural festivals organized by our college. It is really good college for UG courses.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

1. Students generally get eligible for campus placements from the 3rd semester of the M.Sc. course. 2. Deperments like Biotechnology,Botany,Zoology have placement support. 3. Companies coming to campus like TCS,Wipro,Deloitte,Biocon,Pfizer. 4. Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

It's and average college but with good facility and faculty
