Remarks

I recommended by my senior brother for taking admission in IMS college, one of the colleges of Kolkata serving nation. The teachers are good and helpful and always take the regular classes. So I choose the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our college faculties are very good at teaching and also friendly. They use Blackboard for teaching. Now, the projector is also used for presentation. The teachers are helpful. Also pdf and printed books provided.

Course Fees: INR 210000 per year

Placement Experience

3.5

The students of the BHHA department are also offered with good placement opportunities. They also provide an internship facility. Placements for the students of all the branches are good.

College Events

Most of the students use their skills to participate in it. These extracurricular activities are very good at our college. Extracurricular activities are well done by our college students. They used to give good training and then sent them to the competition also.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

It's and average college but with good facility and faculty
