Remarks

A lot of people had suggested me this College. As I wanted a good college for pursuing my career in my dream subject Education I thought no other college could be better than this. This is the best campus I have ever seen. It has a huge library, indoor sports room, Wi-Fi network, AC rooms and what not. I absolutely love this College.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum helps to make basics good. We follow the syllabus of Calcutta university and the course curriculum is highly relevant. Though the syllabus is lengthy which can be hard to cope up but with the help of our teachers nothing is difficult. The teachers are very helpful and compassionate towards us.

Course Fees: INR 101700 per year

Placement Experience

Around 50-60% students got jobs through placement counseling. 30 companies including INDIGO visit our college for giving placement. BPO level positions are offered to the candidates. The packages start from Rs.10,000 per month.

College Events

The Campus life is wonderful. We have a huge auditorium where Freshers, cultural events, and other programs are held. These events are organized by the management now and then. The events are pretty big and teachers also take part in them with us.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
