Remarks

The placement and the infrastructure of the college inspired me a lot. The placement is best as BannariAmman Institute of technology. About two hundred (200) companies visit and conducts placement rounds.

Course Curriculum Overview

The syllabus is framed based on Anna University syllabus. Our syllabus has 4 types of courses in regular academics. They are Theory paper, Practical/ Lab paper, Theory cum practical paper and placement training paper. Since there are 11 departments you will have several choices of open elective based on your interest.

Class Size: 33Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement process may consists of 3 rounds as minimum and 7 rounds as maximum, based on company. The average salary may varies from 3 to 3.5 lakhs. Some companies will give internship with job offer.

College Events

Each department has its own technical symposiums. These will be conducted on even semesters only. There are two most important cultural fests and the participation is very good number and you will be performing in front of 40000 students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

GOOD PLACEMENT RECORD

Admission:

I got 1150 out of 1200 in my 12th grade. 199 out of my cut off mark 200 for merit.Application for Engineering and Medical Counseling. Selected in both. But I prefer M.B.B.S than aeronautical engineering. I went to counseling in Chennai and then chose Coimbatore Medical College and Hospital in Tamil Nadu.
