One of the good colleges in PCMC.

In short I'll say, all in all it is a developing college all facilities are already present just the events, could be better you know.

I used to go for IIT coaching but unfortunately couldn't crack it and scored poorly, but i was lucky enough to get admission in pccoe answering the next question my brother studies in the same coll same branch as of mine (ENTC) ,so i was quite aware of the coll rules and ,is under 2.5 km distance from my residence so considering both the factors i opted for pccoe.

Well basically engg specially ENTC requires a lot of studies, and if you take interest in it then it's quite interesting as well. let me get one thing cleared in your mind about engg that you'll have to bear quite a lot of things like attendance assignments engg is all about that so it's all about engg that's it.

As such our coll does not provide internship but our placement officer(sr) is very capable enough to help our coll students to get internship opportunities in many of the big companies like: VW, Mercedes, etc.

The placement of our branch is really good i can't talk about the other branches as i do not have the placement figures almost 80-90% of the students are placed in the core companies KPIT is one of our many recruiters that coll takes care of.the packages range from 1,50,000/- to 5,00,000.

I will say PCCOE does not hold any good events i mean, come on the only inter college event is spectrum, which is by FE and for FE so you can't expect too much off it, Another big event is the Techligent; which is kind of disappointing as well compared to other colleges, PCCOE has a lot to learn about event management and organization.

The fee structure proves to be another average fee structure as compared to any other college within the Savitribai Phule Pune University. As usual, it is around 1 lakh for open 50,000/- for OBC and 1800 for special categories I think it's fair as all the lab equipment's are well serviced and the campus and everything within is very well maintained.

All the scholarships provided by the govt like EBC scholarship for open category whose family income income is 1,00,000 50% fees for OBC, st people.

There are specially allocated workshops for the teams of Supra, Baha, and Robocon. Recently, the last year team supra acquired first prize in India that is one of the greatest achievements of this team. Similarly, team baha is constantly developing in off road racing all terrain vehicles and team robocon is busy trying to make an impact in the ABU championships as well.

In fact, I am not a hostel student so I don't have any right to comment about this stuff although, the hostel rooms look comfortable enough, word is the rectors are kind off strict there are festival celebrations within the hostels as well the canteen and mess provide quality food, at reasonable rates albeit, the menu is quite constrained.

All I know about my college's alumni network, is that it is quite large and collaborative being a second year engineering student, this is all I know, but it is quite helpful as per the senior students' feedback's also industrial interaction is very strong at PCCOE.

Exams were not at all hectic in my department they were only held when it was really necessary to do so so I will call this a very good exam structure the practicals are frequent but, actually they relax you as you get a chance to get out of theory and step out in the real world.

I got admission in PCCOE through cap round 2, which is held 15-20 days after reopening of the coll,also the availability of seats is taken into account. if there are seats available on your turn of cap round you can easily get admission there. I was lucky enough as the last available seat was taken by me.

The entire coll staff is quite qualified almost all of the teachers have 5-10 years of teaching experience,and some of them 10+ years of teaching experience.many of the faculty members have completed ME, M.Tech and quite a lot of them are Ph.D Doctorate degrees as well.
