Remarks

The placement is very good almost of the students will get placed. This is one of the prestigious colleges in Tamil Nadu. Ranked 7th in top self-financing colleges in India. There are several facilities given to the students to study peacefully.

Course Curriculum Overview

There are classes conducted for GATE, IES, UPSC, TNPSC and CAT exams. There are must to do industrial visits 1 per year, implant trainings 1 per couple of year and 2 projects at pre-final and final year.

Course Fees: INR 55000 per year

Placement Experience

First, placement, nearly 200 companies are arriving to our campus. KEC provides several guidance to higher education also. Only a few students get placed in core companies. Mostly 90% of the students get placed in IT industry.

College Events

Very big campus and friendly environment. It is disciplined campus. The infra-structure of this college is awesome. There are several solar panels in all 11 departments to save energy. The IT park is designed very good and attractive. There are several attractive constructions around the campus.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

GOOD PLACEMENT RECORD

Admission:

I got 1150 out of 1200 in my 12th grade. 199 out of my cut off mark 200 for merit.Application for Engineering and Medical Counseling. Selected in both. But I prefer M.B.B.S than aeronautical engineering. I went to counseling in Chennai and then chose Coimbatore Medical College and Hospital in Tamil Nadu.
