I have been brought up in nainital and since it's the only college here I took an admission here The forestry department faculty is also good and really supportive. I think there is a lot of scope in forestry in the coming years so that made me chose this subject. The university sort of lacks the focus on co curricular events As in today's world you need to be an all rounder and just scoring jn academics won't take us anywhere so the university should try to conduct more cultural events like esssay writing competitions group discussions and different cultural clubs too. These clubs really help in the overall development of the student
Course Curriculum Overview
Yes, our college is doing good on academics field except for some professors who are not at all supportive and have a bit conservative approach towards everyone The minimal fee structure makes it affordable for everyone irrespective of the economic background The management just needs to focus on cultural clubs and regularly competitions should be held to dig out different talents and potential of the students. It also help students to come out as a confident person rather than being a book worm

I don't know Our university don't provide placements to everyone, we have to look out for jobs on our own. But if we clear the net exam we are eligible to be associate professors at our university
College Events
No we hardly have any events and this is the biggest loop hole of our colllege we feeel like our college life is limited to just lectures, so our college should organise events on a regular basis to keep up the spirit of students
Fees and Financial Aid
The economically weak students can apply through scholarship I am not aware of the name of the scholarship but our university tries to aid every student to study and pursue their career
Campus Life
We have a well maintiained library and labs too. Our college also focusses on sports but it needs to organise some events time to time to keep up the spirit of students. But the washrooms are not well maintained and sanitised so this is where the college management needs to work
Hostel Facilities
the hostel facilities are good but the seniors are quite demamding and dominating The pg rents in nainital are not very high the average rents lies between 5000- 7000 or you can even rent a room with you friends This is way too convinient because the food in pgs is not really good and most of the time u might have to dwell on wafers and zomatos
