Remarks
I was bound to go to Adamas University because one of my neighbour was studying in this university. My father did not agree on my suggestions so I had no choice. I opted BBA because I want to be Finance Manager one day.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is fine, it is updated. However we aren??t provided with any industrial exposure yet. Some faculties are good and experienced whereas some faculties are not that good. There are some faculties who don??t explain the lessons, rather they only provide us with notes without any explanation. And there are some who are not capable of controlling a noisy classroom. It is a let down for the ones who are serious in their studies.
Placement Experience
I heard that they provide good placements after graduation and are associated with a number of companies.
College Events
They recently held a college fest called ???Adinova?? but not many people came. It was average. I think the university even went on a loss because of the less number of people that attended. There are not much extracurricular activities other than that.
Campus Life
The campus infrastructure looks good and serene somehow. There are enough sports facilities. However, there are some buildings with no AC in the classrooms which is not fair for the students who study in those buildings.
Hostel Facilities
I was provided the new girls?? hostel which was a new building. In fact it was still on construction. The rooms were so small. We had a lot of problems with the hostel. The wardens were so strict and they treated us like school kids, restricting on electronic tools like curling iron, electric kettle, etc. We are only allowed to go out during the weekend and are not allowed to bring cooked food. They restricted us from ordering food online except on Thursdays, so there isn??t much freedom. The food that the hostel provided us were not clean. Sometimes it was not properly cooked. There was one specific problem that everyone in this hostel had, that is, fungus. There was fungus everywhere. It grew on the walls, it destroyed our clothes and shoes. Because of these problems, I left the hostel.
