Remarks

I'm a former student from women's college you can aspects of good and peaceful environmental impact. Concerning every interesting of our youthful life boosting our empowerment. You can relate everything from you and to you. Nothing can make it impossible and you can enjoy the hardships to achieve success in college fest and more in tech and art fests. We can ensure ourselves in N.S.S and other activities in college You can choose merit and save a certain amount of money or choose other options and I'm 2018 batch now terms are different but you can enquire with college facilities. The reason behind is biomedical course is rare and my college was near and so I choosed. And results and outcomes are better.

Course Curriculum Overview

Biomedical Engineering is rare and demanding upcoming courses .so I choose this for my intention favourable. 15:60 is the ratio and we have more staff for applied science subjects and lab staffs. So one student gets much attention from this environment. Better and precise study material and skilled staff and regular examinations and class tests and assignments and so on. It is every tough examination but we will make it through several extra efforts but I was so simple and now rewind everything.

Class Size: 300Course Fees: INR 35000 per year

Placement Experience

There no campus placement but providing several workshops and skill development sources and industrial visits per year. My plan after the degree was to get a job. I'm working in a company. You have considered the placement thing.

Fees and Financial Aid

Up to 1 lakh per year including hostel and mess fee. Topper scholarship is provided and financial assistance is provided. No campus selection is there but we had few workshops and industrial visit based on our corresponding fields.

Campus Life

Spark is our art fest is march and Pravah is tech fest near to September. Amenities in the classroom. Sport and extracurricular activities on the campus are every month is occurring. NSS is a very prestige social service program is included.

Hostel Facilities

5 bedded room with one fan and 5tables and chairs. Better and good food which worth of money. It's included with the admissions process. So don't want to bother. That I don't know but it may flatulate according to room and food estimate 3000/month.

Hostel Fee: INR 25000 per year

Interview Experience

There is an interview with the principal and documents are verified. You should carry your original 10th, 12th certificates and it's copies and rank list and Keam result and ID proofs.

Placement Experience:

we are eligible for placement from the 7th sem. Many famous and small compines vist our college. Infosys, WIPRO, TCS vist our college. But the big companies take only few student. Highest package was 1,00,000. And the average package is around 4,00,000. Almost all students gets placed from the campus .

My Experience at NIT Calicut

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the EEE course curriculum around 8-8.5 /10 in terms of relevance.The curriculum provides strong fundamentals in core electrical engineering subjects and prepares students well for core jobs and higher studies.The course curriculum was revised in 2023, and our batch is the 1st batch under the new curriculum. however, there are still limited coding ,AI and data science subjects in EEE ,which could be improved. Exams are conducted times per semester and are generally moderately difficult.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course curriculum is lakhs relevance to modern industry demands. while it covers the basics there is minimum focus on practical skills emerging technologies and real world applications overall, the courses not comprehensive enough.

Is engineering here worth it?

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
