Remarks

College management is decent. There is a scope of improvements I that section. Overall the vibe was always positive and going to the college was fun.

Entrance Preview

IIT JEE I'm passionate about computers. I always had a thing for smartphones and their applications which was the driving force.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Amazing. I think the focus should be more on practical knowledge. Courses are solely based on theoretical knowledge. Students lack in practical knowledge. The don't know the applications of the subjects they are studying. Other than that I feel that submission of practicals in writing is pointless and makes no sense. It is the biggest time waster in each semester.

Internships Opportunities

Yes. Recently they've provided internships for cyber security. Also they are providing internship in reliance. They are very supportive of internshipw and they lookout for students.

Placement Experience

3

Fair enough. Maximum students get placed in good companies like Accenture, l&t etc Companies are always looking forward to hire students which are practical in every term. These companies come every year and most of the students who are also completely qualified to sit for the interviews are hired.

College Events

4.5

Technical and cultural fests are organized every year and they are amazing. There are lots of events in technical and cultural fests. Recently there was a technical fest organized in the college. The cultural fest is always amazing. Various events are eye catching and students participate attend the fests in a huge number and with alot of enthusiasm.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible . I believe this has to do with the quality of education. The professors are highly paid and hence I guess the fees is expensive. I think it can be a little lesser than it current is but considering the quality of education infrastructure staffs the fees is feasible.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yess there are scholarships provided. Scholarships are provided every semester where we have to fill the forms and if we're eligible we get the scholarship from the college.

Campus Life

3

Good campus. Great people. No racism or any sort of inequality. People are awesome. Labs are perfect. Lots of extracurricular activities take place in the college during fests and other events in the college. Staffs and faculty are not sexually biased. Most of the students belong to middle class families

Hostel Facilities

2.5

No hostel. Decent food. Could be more hygienic. Hostel system must be provided for students. There are students who travel for more than 2 hours in trains just to reach college and takes equal amount of time to reach home. Infrastructure of canteen should be fixed.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are always looking up to the work their juniors are doing so they are indeed very helpful. They help out with studies. Help in extracurricular activities. They don't come to college with the baggage of being seniors. They are always reliable resourceful ethical and well behaving fellows.

Exam Structure

Exams are always hectic. It has to do with the preparation. The more you're prepared the less hectic you feel. Exam structure is perfect except for the write ups which are pointless. Exams are competitive. They cover up the concepts clearly. Exams are scheduled perfectly and students are given enough time to study. Most of the portion gets throughly prepared.

Admission

I filled the form online. I got admission in vacancy round. I was always notified about the process via the website of my college. I went for 4 vacancy rounds but I did not get admission but later in 5th round I secured my seat. The procedure was simple. I paid the fees as a Demand draft on the same day and the process was very smooth.

Faculty

4

Highly qualified faculty. Faculty have more of theoretical knowledge. They are highly qualified. Few faculty members are very helpful and friendly. They are resourceful. They help out students in their spare time. They make sure that the topics are understood by the students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.
