Remarks

So because this is a women's college so I am more comfortable here rather than quoted. This college has a good reputation and also good for commerce students. This is near my residence. I'm learning or maybe get a kind job after my graduation as a student of this college. I registered and got admission from Delhi universities and jdmc official website. I consider myself blessed that I have the opportunity to give my best in the best college of du. I know jdmc has some kind of disadvantages too as we know everything in this world is not overall perfect so I wanna mention here first thing is here's inquiry and administrative service actually I wanted to ask about financial aid but no one is giving me quite response that's why I kept this thing as a disadvantage of it but maybe as I'm a fresher student so I am unable to get fair response perhaps there might be my fault or theirs don't know. So I registered myself between 20-30 June then I got admission in 5th cut off it was after 20 October .

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

So I chose the BCom program because I didn't take maths in 11 and 12 so and also don't have an interest in maths. Jdmc faculty are much rather than another college according to me because it has a big and adorable garden. Also, we have three computer lab that's why we will be learning tally accounting after the pandemic goes and college will be opened. We have a big library there is a bunch of books. We have different sorts of societies like NSS, defense, bardolatores (acting and script), and many more. Also, we have a vocational college where we can learn any vocational and professional things. Our classes is going on regularly. Teachers are so friendly and their method of teaching is so kind. We can take the tutorial classes too. perhaps Our exams will be held in April and maybe online mode. I know we could learn effectively if college is open but as we know our current situation so It can not be possible at least yet

Internships Opportunities

2

We have our internship sessions so we'll do them after some days. I don't know about companies or it's outcome because I have told that I m fresher so. But we'll do a presentation after opening the college and internship too.

Placement Experience

3

Campus student's eligibility depends on the knowledge which they get. Maybe 5th and 6th-semester students are eligible for the internship as they have received acquired knowledge for the job. Very highly-reputed companies come to Delhi university colleges. In our college mnc or national companies are coming. As a fresher, I don't know about the highest package which is offered here but my plan is currently I'm pursuing my BCom then I ll purse MBA then I will join a good company if I'll be eligible for all kind. And also I'm trying to get a good cgpa so that It would be helpful for me .perhaps 9 to 10 cgpa students get placement so I'm trying.

Fees and Financial Aid

At this point, I want to consider my college as worthless because I asked many times but no one gives me a fair response but du has its own financial aid system but I'm not getting how can I fill my financial aid form and continue my graduation here. My overall fees were around 15000 and I have paid

Campus Life

3

Jdmc holds its own fresher and another party but as a new student and due to pandemic in this year maybe will not be helding. Bunch of books most kind of books available, I haven't seen due to covid as I m fresher but I have seen online it was so clean. Yeah, we have different sorts of games and sports activities like football, badminton, kabaddi, etc, and dance, singing, debating, acting, script writing activities these are also available on online mode too. We will do an internship also. We have our unofficial WhatsApp group and official groups too. All subjects have their own group. Jdmc Instagram, fb different page.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

The placement is quite good the percentage of students is not same always it changes but only those students with proper knowledge, experience, skills get good placement. There is a proper placement cell for this which is very active. Prepare for government exams (SSC, UPSC, etc.) Go for higher education (PG, B.Ed., MBA, etc.) Enroll in skill-based or professional certification courses outside college

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...
