Remarks

Good the college being a government college will definitely provide a better future to the students bad if you want to go to college for enjoying the so called college life then this college is a big NO. PLACEMENTS market situtation during a future time

Entrance Preview

GGSIPU CET rank 5846 I chose this college being a central government college and a good placement history also temted me towards this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

Course structure is followed as decided by the GGSIPU and it is fine and the faculty is also good if students are willing to study.

Placement Experience

4

Placement history was awesome there used to be a more than 100% placement at a time in this college but after the coal scam the placements have been reduced and less companies visit not very big names of power industry now visits the college for recruitment as they used to do before.

College Events

1.5

College festivals are good this college is the only college in Delhi NCR to have a fest at multiple locations no star nights and the fest revoluzione needs full participation of each and every student but since college has only branch thereby less crowd so the fest is not that big.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Hostel rooms are fine fully WiFi hostels mess food not tasted being a day scholar.

Fees and Financial Aid

Minority scholarships can be availed.

Campus Life

1

Campust life is nothing most of the students prefer to stay at home and indulge themselves in the other activities like startups gender ratio in my batch was out of around 70 students in the class there were only 2 girls may be the location of the college or the branch is the reason for such a gender ratio labs are not that good workshop lab is nothing to do with. In workshop lab students are asked to draw the various machines instead of using them and are taught about their making not about how to use them students are very much into sports especially volleyball and cricket but due to insufficient infrastructure the students can't even excelle in it as well. There is a society call ENACTUS in the college which is working very good and hard to get themselves and college a recognition and theit first project named PRAJWAL was a great success quizzing Society and Literary Societies are also going great and in safe hands.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network is good even some of them at times use to visit the college to motivate the students to do good for the college and also guide the students for better future and advancements in the power industry. But the seniors, they are helpful but also carry a bit of attitude and wants to be called as SIR else everything is fine.

Placement Experience:

Still it is new college you know that there is no certain records of placement. I am from 2nd batch of this college. But I would say it will provide enough good packages. In 2nd year you have to sit for internship as per the curriculum of this college. so out of 107 seniors, 85 students grabbed intership from the 2nd year. We hope we also be able to grab internship in 3rd year.

So the students can sit for placements right after their completion of 6th semester. The Campus also invites a wide number of companies in the college for placements and a lot of students get placed. Although the placement is not too high.

I am in the computer science and engineering branch. I want to be a software developer and I am passionate about coding and I love to code that's why I am chosen this branch. The faculty members of my college are awesome and helpful. They are well qualified and knowledgeable. They cooperate with students in every situation . they focus much on the weak student so they can also pass the exam. they use the blackboard and smart classes both to teach the student effectively. we have industrial exposure also. the well built spacious will have no importance if not for the wonderful faculty the college has. All are faculty members are highly knowledgeable and done their post graduation from one of the top colleges like IITS. and most of the teachers are GATE qualified and even it is not once. they are writing the exam regularly. so, if you prepare for the GATE exam, then you can get great help from them. they used to prepare us for the GATE exam, along with academics

I am a Delhite and my college is on outskirts of Delhi and also i being residing near du north campus used to think i will enjoy the same college life. but being into a professional (b.tech) course gave me a different view of college and its life. i came to know how to lead a professional ethic life, learnt some good meaningful things.college management is getting strict day by day for laws against students but the other tasks like things that need to be get done from peon are not getting done. ac's dont work even after complaints. in total the college needs a great improvement else it will keep running the business with no fruits.
