I took EAMCET and secured 11,0022 rank, I wanted to be a software engineer at first . So I picked up computer science. and while I was looking for the best colleges around me I found that GMRIT is the best college in my areas and it is one of the best colleges in terms of Infrastructure too, So I opted for GMRIT.

The course curriculum was awesome, It was a semester based system which we have 2 semesters for each year with a span of 6 months for each semester and the course structure was designed in a smoothest way possible out there. Only problem we used to have is we had this electrical subjects in our course which I m not sure why there were required.

No I do not remember college providing any internships, It used to be on the individuals interest. But some MNC's used to conduct workshops for a month for few individuals who are good at academics.

Yes, the placements were awesome. All the major MNC companies came for recruitment. I can name a few of them which are TCS, Tech Mahindra, Genpact, Honeywell, The Package offered by these companies are also good. It was on par with the industry standards.

GMRIT is always right up there when it comes to celebrating events and technical fests. We used to have a technical fest every year in the month of January where all the students from various colleges used to attend and present their work. And besides that we used to have a annual day every year in the month of march which was celebrated on par with any best events out there.

Yes, College used to provide scholarship for those students who stood top at the university level. I have not availed any scholarships though.

The Campus life at GMRIT is the best because of the infrastructure it possess. We used to have huge space for playing outdoor sports and indoor games as well. There is nothing like gender inequality all were treated in a same way. Workshops were conducted once in a quarter.

As I mentioned earlier GMRIT possess a best infrastructre. The hostels were used and it used to be very neat and clean, Only veg was served in the hostel as non veg is not allowed because of some rules laid by them. It used to be around 35 k for an year.

Yes the alumni network of GMRIT is awesome. They will conduct alumni every year at different locations so that students can attend based on their availability in that location. The intimation for the event will be much earlier before 1 month as well.

The semester examinations were held once in 6 months, We used to have 6 subjects with two labs each semester, The dates announcements were made atleast a month before. The internal exams were conducted with a notice of 10 to 15 days in prior. The Examinations were held very strictly with 0% of copying.

The Faculty out there in the college was awesome. The knowledge they shared with us is awesome. They used to help in every possible way. Some professors used to be very friendly and some are very strict. Few helped us in some research programs and well and guided us on having knowledge on the latest technologies which were not included in the course.
