My college experience

KNIT is one of the best government engineering colleges of Uttar Pradesh, and its placement is also very good. Atleast 70-80% CS and IT students got selected during campus placement. In companies like TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, Tech Mahindra etc.

Faculty is very good and helpful, all faculty members are highly qualified and professional they put their best efforts to teach students and always a concern for their Student future. Knit is an autonomous college. So exams and results declaration is on time.

From semester 6 students are eligible for campus placement and the placement of the college is very good. Companies which visited the college are TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Buyzu's, Tech Mahindra, Infosys etc. Nearly all students got placed in companies. Atleast 70-80% of students placed during college placement. Many students start their own company.

KNIT is a premium government institute. So the fee is very less as compared to any of the private colleges. And every student whose parents annual income is less than 2 lacks gets government fee reimbursement and scholarship which means that government has refunded all fee in form of scholarship. IT branch is self-financed in KNIT. So the fee of IT branch is high as compared to any other branch for IT branch fee structure is 83000 per Year including hostel, wifi, exam fee, bus fee etc.

In KNIT there are many feats which are organised time to time by students like one of the best fests of KNIT is anubhuti in which every student take part and enjoy the event and other than anubhuti there are knit tech fest in which students shows their creativity and ideas on different technologies. And colleges support the students for their startups.

Hostel fee is included in college fee and in that you get tables and chare for students. But you have to pay for your mess charges which around 15000 per semester food is not so good and not so bad depends on your taste. But the quality of the food is good but the taste is not that great.
