College is great and management of college is awesome they provide lot of facilities to students and i would say it is best college in pune after coep.

I have give JEE mains and MH-CET i scored 100 in JEE i chose petrochemical as there is a lot of scope in this branch and one will get opportunity to go abroad also many Indian companies like ongc, reliance, hp, bp, indian oil pic students from mit.

Petrochemical has great scope in research and college also provides many facilities for that. Branch is very good and as there is no department of petrochemical ,petroleum n polymer branches in pune university these branches are equivalent to autonomous as colleges sets paper and are checked by college teachers only there are research laboratories provided by college for these branches.

Yes off course MIT provides internships, Internships are great for mech and production for others they are better than other college stipend depends upon ure performance but average is good than other college surely u will not be disappointed.

Placements are really good and many multi national companies come here to give placements MIT provides high on campus placements. Avg. Placement is about 6.5 lakh for petrochemical companies coming are ongc, reliance , hp, bp, indian oil. If u are opting for petroleum and petrochemical u have an apportunity to work abroad in dubai, saudi arebia etc.

Accommodation in hostel is good as compare to college strength capacity of hostel is less college hostel for boys is about 1-1.5 km away from college and mess is in college campus. On campus hostel is available for girls only mit has three hostels one for boys and two for girls. Only one is on campus other two are off campus food quality of college mess is avarge it costs 36000 per year and for hostel it is 50000 per year. Other private hostels, pgs , rooms on rent are also available.

Senior students are really helpful and most important I have not seen ragging in college yet college students which are senior to u will not trouble u and are very helpful.

Exams are conducted according to pattern of pune university. In each semester there are 2 online exams of 25 marks each and one end same written exam of 50 marks. College also provides online mock exams for students for free also they take 6 unit tests offline and 6 mock exams online during each semester. Labs of college are really good and frequent. you have to perform one practical daily.

I got admission in MIT through CET in which I scored 120 . I applied through cap round conducted by dte maharashtra if someone has not given CET wants to take admission in MIT should take admission through JEE score admissions process is quite simple you just have to fill form on dte maharashtra and after that give preferences. Do not commit mistake while filling form because if you submit wrong form u will get chance to refile it only in 4th cap round just give preferences of those branch and colleges first in which u want to take admission do not bother about your marks just give preferences. Eg. If ure marks are 130 though give coep, mit first and then think about other colleges.

All the teaching staff is well qualified and all of them are either holding m.e. Or Ph.D All the teachers are very friendly and help students. In any case if u found teachers mistake u can complain to hod or authority. They surely take actions teaching is good only thing u have to do is to pay ure full attention in class.
