Our college is one of the best private colleges in Kolkata. I am not bluffing. If you Google it you can see our college's name in top 5. So, I am very happy with my college experience. College management have a lot of work to do. They can resist the students beings intolerant. I would also like to conclude that college management can improve the quality of faculties which can improve the performances of the students.

I took WBJEE in the year 2013, and got the rank 3940. After so many research though online and asking the seniors I took the decision to take admission in this college not because of it's brand name because of the placement record, the standard of study and being a final year student I am very much satisfied.

The structure of syllabus is very focusing towards higher studies. I am under the University MAKAUT, so our syllabus is upto the mark. But we are the last batch of our college 8n this University. Rest of the college is under autonomy situation. So the syllabus and choose of electives are very much focusing and this is very much beneficial to the students for higher studies.

Yes. It provides. It provides internship for 2 months in New Jersey Institute of Technology. 60% of overall expenditure is paid by the management. Every year 10 students are selected for this program. As I was not a part of these program, I can not tell details about it.

In ongoing placement season total final year students were 850. Out of which 510 were placed in Tata Consultancy Services with the package of 3.5 lacs per annum. After that many companies came. The lists are as follows with the intake and offered salary. 1.TCS- 3.5 lacs- 510 TCS digital- 6.2 lacs- 2, Fusion Chart- 6.5 lacs- 2, Polaris- 6 lacs- 5, Bosch- 4 lacs- 2, Tech mahindra- 3.2 lacs-9, Indian Navy, Kirti Tech- 4 lacs- 3.

Every year our college conducts technical fest called Dakshh for 3 days. It has huge prize money, because pf that many colleges from kolkata as well as some other near by cities colleges are attracted to it. The fest able to collect some big sponsorships to grow up its revenue. It also conducts one the biggest cultural fest of kolkata named Eclecia. Many events, many participants, a huge gathering happens in this fest. Some memorable consert happens. Some of the big names are A. R. Rahaman, KK, Mohit Chowhan, Anupam Roy and goes on. Love it.

The fee structure is as follows. 1st & 2nd Semester Rs. 44,000, 3rd & 4th semester (per semester) Rs. 45,100, 5th & 6th Semester (per semester) Rs. 46,200, 7th & 8th Semester (per semester) Rs. 47,300 this is little much expensive to middle class and lower middle class families. But there is scope of TFW and scholarship also.

For financially weak students college provides tuition fee Weaver scheme (TFW). Here the students only have to pay 20,000 INR throughout 4 year. Beside that if any students have good academic results, good present in college and there family income is less than 2,50,000 INR per annual, thay can get scholarship from 50% to 100% which will be decided by the management.

Our college has a huge campus. Full of trees, small park, two big play grounds. Gender ratio is almost equal im the whole college. But as we are in electrical engineering department we have 8 girls and 64 boys. Biotechnology has the same ratio in reverse order. So, the overall ratio remains same. College is involved in many sports. We have college cricket team, college football team, college basketball team, college table tennis team, archery team, swimming team. Yes, we have our own swimming pool. As extracurricular activities are concerned, our college has participated in many debate event and we own. We also conduct intra college and inter college debate competition. Every year a technical fest called Dakshh is happened, where many robotics events are there. Our college also conducts workshop on robotics. We have our fashion team. College has its own street plays and drama club maned Bodnam. Student diversity is there. Every year election is happened. There are three lobby in this college. Which lobby wins the election has the chance to make students Council. For this sometimes students become intolerant, but the management has good control over it.

Yes hostels are available. Though the seats are very few and it is available fast come fast serve basis. The hostel fee is 4000 INR per month. The rooms of the hostels are very small. It is very difficult to stay in a 4 beds room. But the foods provided here are really good. As there are very few hostel seats I am living in a private hostel just beside the college campus. The rent of two beds room is 5,800 INR, for 3 beds 5,700 INR, for 4 beds 5,600 INR per month which includes 3 times food, 24 hours electricity, free high speed wifi. It merely take 10 minutes to walk to college. The quality of food is average here.

They are very helpful. When we were at 1st year they helped us a lot. They gave us lot of out of the box thinking. We have our own community on social media. We get in touch with that. Till now they are responding to all our quarries. They direct us in the right way. We are very grateful to them. Though all of them are not helpful.

Sometimes it was hectic, sometimes it was chilled out. Actually it depends on schedule of the classes and labs. Though the lab timings were sufficient for doing experiments. The exam schedule were very much acceptable. First lab exams were occurred then theory. No more hectic schedule was there during exam.

The faculties of our college is very educated. They are dedicated towards the students. Though all the faculties are not upto the mark. Some of the faculties are really good and have good industrial experiences. They make the students understand a difficult topics in a very easy way.
