Because at that time there was 100 percentage placement for civil engineering. And the college is run by the government of Maharashtra and I got admission there. This college is very suitable for middle class and low middle class student coming from villages and poor background.
Course Curriculum Overview
Becauste I like big project like statue of liberty, china wall, tunnel, dam project. So want to know how they built so I choose civil engineering. Faculty are completely filled some of them are on contract basis too. Facilities were teaching welland good something they used to give ppt and also they conduct industrial visit of departmental project etc. During a cource they conduct mid semester exam for practice and final semester exam conducted by university. If you covered all the syllabus and previously asked questions paper of university you can easily pass the examination.
Placement Experience
Plecement are depend on different branches. Information technology, mechanical engineering, electronic engineering, master of computer applications. Companies which visit to college are wipro, tcs, Cognizant, kirloskar, shapoorji and palonji, stup consaltant, strutwell, principle, john dhere, bpcl, precient, faurecia etc.
College Events
Life in campus is peacefully.you can enjoy all three seasons summer, mansoon, winter which is perfect.all the books are available in library. In college one canteen is there u can have food there. For different hostel different mess are there. There is sports by th the end of every year such as athletic, cricket, kabaddi, kho kho, football, indoor games such as chess, table tennis, carrom etc.Gymkhana is completely fullfilled. CESA, MESA, ITSA, EESA TED X, ROBO RACING are some of the groups and club runned by student.
Fee Structure And Facilities
At that time feese for open catagory candidate was 25000 which is the lowest for any college in Maharashtra. We can apply for different scholarship of government of Maharashtra such as freeship, scholarship, vidyavetan etc.
Hostel Facilities
Feese is 6000 per anum. Facilities are bed, chair, cupboard, table etc. Hostel also provide common tv room, free wifi etc. Locality rent is 800-1200 per month.
Admission
No there was no group discussion and interview because all the vacancies are filled through central procedure of directorate of technical education. So you have to follow their brouchore and fill the form.
