Remarks

This college alloted to me in NCHM counseling. All the dates and process is given in nchm website. Dehradun is good place and also pleasent weather as compared to delhi. If you're delhite then you can love living there

I choose this course because i have no other option at that time and I don't want to waste my one year just to think what's next and i am financially weak. Faculty is average i can say every place you go there is some bad people you met and good people also, so same applies here. Exams occurred at end of semester (6months) and no difficulty in the exam if you can go through notes one night before.

Placement Experience

Placement are good. Everyone got placed at the end and the highest package is 400000 only and average package is below 300000. My plans after degree is to do job and earn as much as i can.

College Events

As of hostel life, everyone student hostel life is memorable because you stay first time away from home for such a long period. You make memories there, there is no one there to stop you to do anything except warden. In the name of fest, there is one annual function which is so boring better to not attend. Talking about sports, there is one sports week in a year which also wasted by the unseasonal drizzle over there. No social groups there

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure is high. The fees is decided by the NCHM at the beginning of the upcoming academic year. There is no scholarship and financial assistance provided. Talk about job i am also 3rd student so i can't clearly tell about the campus but as i heard everyone got a job but as fresher you 15k max at the beginning. There are some exceptions who get upto 18k.

Hostel Facilities

Rooms are good but as every hostel food is not so good. Average we can say. When you go for registration, then they will offer everyone the dormitory but you can easily get other room by requesting them.

Hostel Fee: INR 70000 per year

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course (BAMS) is very good and interesting. In initial days it is little bit difficult to understand the concepts but teachers explains very well that you will get the concepts as Ayurveda is a different & ancient science . You will get very much of written work No clinical postings and OPD postings. I think it should be implemented

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

I chose this course due to my own interest. This course is relevant enough to prepare the person to solve real-life applications and adapt thinkingness and knowledge. Course Curriculum Overview:

As I have seen students who have studied from here have achieved many things in life some of them became professors here. Some are doing work abroad. According to me something there should be a change like having more practicals if you have taken subjects like IT, cs,bca or any other practical subjects book knowledge is also compulsory but by doing practicals we can learn more easily. Exams are normal for 1st year but as you are going higher difficulties will come.

Admission:

The entrance exam is held on June 1 every year. IIMs .silly running. The test is for admission to all IIMs including IISK Shikesh, Delhi, Jodhpur, Bhopal, Jaipur and Bhubaneswar. After selection, you just have to visit college for filling the form.
