Remarks

G.I.H.M is a government institute so Less fees compared to other institutions and the placement of GIHM is like average, also it is the nearest available college from my home. Our college comes under Uttarakhand technical university which conduct a exam every year for various courses like H.M, B.tech, B.Sc and e.t.c. the name of the entrance exam is UKSEE, we have to qualify this exam to get admission, admission are based on merit list

Course Curriculum Overview

I opted this course because G.I.H.M is the only college which have very less fees as compared to other H.M colleges and it is a 4year degree course including 8 semesters and 1 semester fees is around 5k which is very less compared to other colleges, the college conduct exams in the end of semester and the examination paper is average, the teaching staff is average not so good not so bad

Placement Experience

From the 7th semester the studens will be eligible for the campus placement, the oberai group, taj group, mariott group and various other groups visit every year to select students according to their requirements, around every student gets placement from the college

College Events

The college have a seprate class for every subjects, the college includes library, kitchen, banquet, Housekeeping department, the college also conducts sports week every year in which students can show their sports skills

Fee Structure And Facilities

G.I.H.M gives a four year degree of H.M which have 8 semester every semester fees is around 5k and at the end of every semester we have to give a examination fees which is around 3k so the total fees of a semestet is around 8k, The college also gives placements which are based on your performance

Hostel Facilities

The room have one bed one almira and fan other equipments are not available you guys have to bring them from your home, the hostel building contains 4 floor every floor have a bathroom which is very large

Hostel Fee: INR 2000 per year

Admission

The U.T.U conducts a admission test every year naming UKSEE the exam contains syllabus based on your 9th and 10th class syllabus the admission test is average after qualifying the test the admission will be based on your rank the higher the rank the better college you will get

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course (BAMS) is very good and interesting. In initial days it is little bit difficult to understand the concepts but teachers explains very well that you will get the concepts as Ayurveda is a different & ancient science . You will get very much of written work No clinical postings and OPD postings. I think it should be implemented

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

I chose this course due to my own interest. This course is relevant enough to prepare the person to solve real-life applications and adapt thinkingness and knowledge. Course Curriculum Overview:

As I have seen students who have studied from here have achieved many things in life some of them became professors here. Some are doing work abroad. According to me something there should be a change like having more practicals if you have taken subjects like IT, cs,bca or any other practical subjects book knowledge is also compulsory but by doing practicals we can learn more easily. Exams are normal for 1st year but as you are going higher difficulties will come.

GREAT COLLEGE

Admission:

The entrance exam is held on June 1 every year. IIMs .silly running. The test is for admission to all IIMs including IISK Shikesh, Delhi, Jodhpur, Bhopal, Jaipur and Bhubaneswar. After selection, you just have to visit college for filling the form.
