Remarks
My JEE rank was not enough to get into a good govt college like DTU,NSUT,IIIT,so I landed up here in IP university. And specifically,i chose this college from IPU because it's near my home, and at a good location. The crowd is good here with good placement. Faculty is highly trained and educated.
Course Curriculum Overview
Curriculum should contain the subjects and topics which we have taken. Like my major is computer Science,and in 1st yr we were supposed to study outdated concepts,of Mechanical,ECE,EEE branches. Which I felt was not of much use. Else as I already mentioned, Faculty is great here only isssue is of Strictness. There is a school like strictness here. Attendance issue too.
Placement Experience
TCS,INFOSYS, are the major recruiter here. Amazon also comes for recruitment of 2-3 ppl in general with some what good package. Some seniors deny the fact that the placements are good. You have to skill yourself in order to get a job
College Events
Life is good, there are so many clubs,a best canteen, but a lot if strictness. Ignoring that, we don't even have any Non Technical fest,which makes college life boring, just few fun events take place,but not a good proper fest.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Almost everyone gets placed here as much as I have heard,even at less package. And fee is a bit high, sometimes they increase by 20,000. For no reason. So that's something unfair. Financial assistance is provided to students with low annual income.
Hostel Facilities
It's just for girls and as much as I have heard it's good. Food is also great. Again strictness is a matter of concern for some people,and it makes them not interested in Hostels here and ppl prefer PG OVER hostel
Admission
No,it was solely based upon JEE Rank. We were not supposed to give any Personal interview or GD. Just a good JEE score,will get you into this. Earlier IPU conducted its own admission test but from last year onwards the pattern was changed and they consider only JEE score for admission.
