Rich history of giving the finest students, Best Science College in Bihar. Teachers are likely to help in studying. But, there is somewhat Student Politics indulged in the system, many a times classes are disturbed due to Political Activities, Mismanagement in Sports and cultural activities but, overall Okay. Admission is universally based on PUCET exam, and the dates are most likely to be between May to July(in 2020- September onwards). I am quite keen and interested in Physics so, have chosen it. Faculty: Students Ratio in a class 1:70 but, overall in UG 1:30. The faculties are quite well qualified with some under qualified ones too, the teaching method is good but, sometimes worse and sometimes the best.

No placements. One can go ahead and choose government jobs, further studies for employability. But, one Wipro had visited for taking students from campus placements. But, one can enrol for placement from NIT Patna.

Annually science day is observed along with several seminars in several departments and the dates don't used to be fixed. Many books are available in the college library and one can get countless books in University Central Library. Classrooms are of average standard but, besides them many amenities are there. Sports activities take place irregularly. Social groups are active like:- NSS PSC, PSC- Pride of PU, etc.

The fees are minimal, very low. For girls, it is even less than 500. The fee don't used to be hiked frequently. To study, a maximum sum of 12000 rupees is enough. PSC is a government college and so, government used to give many economical welfare facilities to students. There is nearly no job on campus.

Rooms are provided with beddings and fan. Meals are not provided. Hostels are available at the time of admission only and one can get them by filling the form, then list will be out according to merit list.

Yes, there is a common entrance test of Patna University which is required to be clear for getting admission. No other major processes are there, after the release of admission lists, one can go and take the admission. Nothing needed for preparation for the test, one can give the test on the 12th study material basis only.
