Remarks

The explanation for joining this college as I got a grant from this school, I just needed to pay 75 Percent of the college charge, which was an incredible thing for me and my family, and it's a generally excellent school moreover.

Course Curriculum Overview

Teachers in our college are very helpful and qualified. The teaching quality is also very good as they provide their notes to all the students to study. The course curriculum is relevant enough and helps students to do good in academics. It makes students industry- ready.

Around 90% of the students get placed in our course. Top companies hire students from our college. The average salary package offered was 2 LPA. Even every student gets an opportunity to be a part of the internship and they learn many skills and even how to perform and how to achieve their targets.

Annual Festivals are the biggest time events of the year, Celebrities are called to perform, at that time the college is Housefull, hype all over to know which celebrity is coming to the college and performing.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

It's my decision from class 12 that I will do civil engineering, so I chose the civil branch, the course curriculum is well and the teaching level is good but the main problem is lab, there is very limited classes for lab, so I think they should improve there.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
