Remarks
The college is one of the good colleges in Bengal. It is proven by AICTE and has a large campus which many colleges don't have. Here many activities are held and there are many clubs for you to improve your skills along with your studies, and companies come to the college for the recruitment of students and about 70% of the students get placed.
Course Curriculum Overview
Actually, I had a lot of interest in electronics gadgets and wanted to know more about them so I choose ECE. Every year 80-90 students take admission in our college in this branch and the teachers are also very qualified. Some have persuaded doctorate and some are on the way. They are very friendly and act as a mentor to us. There are two semesters one in the month of December and one in the month of June. CLASS SIZE IS - 480.
Internships Opportunities
Also, our college provides internships to the students from the 2nd year onwards Internshala provides mail every time. Also, training is conducted from the 4th semester. Other than these we have to make projects, we have to do 8 projects throughout our college life, training is done after the end of the semester on vacation.
Placement Experience
Placement varies from year to year. However, compared to other private colleges we have proper placements. Every year renowned company such as Wipro, Cognizant, TCS, Infosys visit our college for placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
38,000per semester is the fee. I think it's quite feasible as we are provided books from the college each semester along with hostel accommodation the course fee is 4 lakh and 80,000 rupees for four years. People having a problem with the fees can apply for a student loan. Also, there are lots of opportunities for scholarships also.
Campus Life
The gender ratio is quite equal. There are not many cultural festivals organized by the college, but the students organize. The college holds competitions and events for writing skills, poetry, article writing, poster making, photography, singing competitions, tree planting. The seniors are very helpful and no ragging is done within the college campus.
