Honesty Review

I scored 77 and according to that Bimtech was the best options for me. Bimtech has a good brand name. I have applied for Bimtech and college-related to snap only. I stay in Delhi, so Bimtech seems to be the best match for me. I gave my interview in phase 1 that was held in December. My mentor suggested me to go to Bimtech as well.

I choose to finance. For opting for finance, we have to give a test. On the basis of that, we will get finance or not. The faculty is good. Some of them are really good and knowledgeable. We get different kinds of projects and quizzes as well. Faculty are from good B schools and have good corporate experience as well. We have frequent quizzes and one or two big projects per semester. Internals and midterm score 50 marks and the end term scores 50 marks. Total making of 100 marks.

The companies are mostly coming without stipend. Because of the covid pandemic, the conditions are getting worse. Only a few of them are good companies, the rest do not have a good job profile or they do not give stipend. I have cleared both NFL and E&Y. But the company declaring the results first will be considered. Stipend provided is nill by both of them.

The campus provides an average of 6 lakhs and a minimum package if 4 to 6 lakhs and a maximum of 10 to 11 lakhs only. The students if get placed in one company can not sit for the other companies. Almost everyone gets placed. Only those who want to continue their own business are left.

The students scoring marks more than or equal to 85 percentile in CAT only are eligible for getting the scholarship amounting to Rupees 2 lakhs. Also, students who score the highest and the second-highest are also eligible to get scholarship amounts rupees 50 thousand and 25 thousand respectively.

Campus life is really nice. Especially the hostel at RCI. clubs and conduits arrange different competitions and fest in the college. The library consists of two floors and the atmosphere is very nice. Clubs and Conduits give different experience and exposure different from academic life.

Hostel life is really nice. The college has four hostels in total. First is RCI that is the boy's hostel and is outside the campus. First years boys stay in RCI then the next is Nalanda that is also a boys hostel but for PGDM Boys. Then Gargi is for RM and IBM girls and also takshkla is for PGDM and IB girls. AC, blower, TV, the refrigerator is provided in each room and a microwave and water dispenser is provided on each floor.

The admission process includes a written aptitude test along with a personal interview. The first step was a written aptitude test. A topic was given and according to that, we have to write in the given specific time. Around 30 minutes were given to complete the task. And after that, we were allotted specific rooms for the personal interview process. Now due to the covid pandemic is written aptitude test is now replaced by the extempore.
