SCHMTT is one of the leading Hotel management college in Pune. The admission procedure is both offline and online on college level merit list, intake of college is 120 per year. Generally, admission procedures start in the month of July. The college faculty is really experienced and supportive of students. And college also offers so many activities for the students to gain experience in the field. There's an Instagram handle of Schmtt and everyone can see various photographs of events conducted.

My degree is B.Sc hospitality studies it's a 3 yrs course. I always wanted to perceive my career in hospitality studies and wanted to become a great Chef and this college I think was the best option for me to expertise in my course because of such a motivating and supportive crew of faculty with having a lot of experience and knowledge about the industry which was all I needed. Maximum faculty has done BHMCT degree and done PhD also. Exams are not much difficult because of such a good way of teaching teachers that's why if you pay attention and follow all the steps faculty says it's not much hard to tackle.

Taj, Marriott, Oberoi, Hyatt, ibis, etc and foreign internships are also offered to the students. All the students are respected and given attention and quality learnings and few companies give paid internships and some doesn't.

Students are eligible for internships in the 2nd year and in the 4th semester and campus placements are done in the last year that is the 3rd year 6th semester. Every year there are huge companies that come to interview the bright students of Schmtt and there are 100% placements offered. Oberoi, Marriotts, Hyatt, etc hotel brands come to the campus for the job offers. I want to work with the Oberoi group of hotels after my degree and Taj hotel Mumbai.

The fees structure of the college is Rs.90000 per year. College offers scholarships to students who scored 80+ percentages in the prior courses. And also college gives 0 interest instalments of fees payment in more than 4 instalments.

College brings so many contests and other events for the students to arrange, participate and enjoy. Fancy dress competition, food commodities exhibitions, etc. There are so many cookbooks and Michelin star chef's books in the library for references. There are so many sports played in the college such as basketball, volleyball, football, running, etc.
