Nice College

Birla Institute of Management and Technolgy BIMTECH was chosen by me as it would give me enough exposure and experience before entering into the corporate world as a fresher and I would be better able to enhance my skills in the field of communication and marketing. Birla as a brand has a giant reputation in the corporate world and graduating from this college will give me a better chance to showcase my knowledge and skills and be corporate ready. Before Attending the college I had connected with Bimtech Alumni over Linkedin and have received an overwhelming response regarding this college which also included the point that the Faculty will give their best to make sure that the students are corporate ready. Moreover, the clubs and conduits at Bimtech would always be ready if a student wants to pursue anything else as a carrier and would give each student a chance to showcase their skills in any other field also and others positive things were also told by the Alumni of Bimtech.

The PGDM Core is the Flagship program at Bimtech as a reason this course would get the most exposure and will have equally quality students because of high cut off for this course and it covered a various range of subjects including Finance and Marketing at the starting and based on the learning you get to choose the best specialisation which included very good Faculty: Student Ratio in the form of 1:8 where most of the faculty have huge corporate experiences with them. Also, the Frequency of the Exam is every 3-4 Months and covers a wide range of topics and is difficult to pass.

The college does make an effort in arranging the students for a summer internship as well as a live project but it's hard to place all the 420 students so some students are dependent on their own where the focus of the students is more on learning so most of the companies have nil stipend but some of the students do get some amazing internship offer with stipend.

The college does have CCR Team which puts all their efforts to bring the companies as a result students do get the placement which college claim on their website where the average package for PGDM Core is 8.27 LPA and above 8 LPA in other courses as well and it does have almost 100 percent placements for its students.

The Tuition Fee for PGDM Core is 12 Lakhs for 2 Years Duration and does not include the Hostel and Mess Fees and if all Charges are Included then the Total Cost would be around 15.95 Lakhs for 2 Years. The College also Provide Scholarship costing 2 Lakhs for those scoring above 85 in Cat/Xat Exam under the Birla Scholarship Awards.

The life at Bimtech is very social and Enriching with 20 Clubs and Conduits which will always keep the students engaged to one or the other activity and it does have a very good infrastructure which includes Badminton Court, Volleyball Court and Basketball Court and also have a spacious Library with a wide range of books & journals in it.

The hostel room is divided into Clusters with each clusters having 4 rooms along with T.V, Fridge, A.C and other basic facility is given to each student and the quality food provided at Bimtech is top Notch which cant be compared to any other college which is the best part about it.
