Review of BIMTECH NOIDA

The course curriculum is updated and to the mark of the industry demands, Pedagogy involves case studies It focuses on developing the soft skills of the students. The faculty is very supportive and knowledgeable. They are experienced and motivating. The faculty are PhD holders and graduated from the top IITs and IIMs with industry experience. The faculty to student ratio is 1:8. The exams pattern follows the semester pattern. They were conducted timely and the syllabus included the subject matter taught.

The learning is more of case-based study, it's relevant and often visiting guest from the industry comes to take the classes. There are additional. Grooming session and industry best people come to deliver the classes. The course curriculum is trimester based and every trimester has an industrial trip planned. There is the provision of international exchanges as well.

College offers decent internships opportunities in this COVID times many companies came for an internship but startups are more, but talking about big names Bajaj ALliance, EY, SBI Insurance, VOLVO Eicher. JLL, Safexpress etc came for internships. But don't expect a high stipend in your internship.

Placements are just okay. Although some good companies like Gartner, Accenture, Infosys, Maruti Suzuki, KPMG, Marsh, Nielsen, Amazon visit our campus for final year placements, the number of jobs they offer is as low as 1-2 per company.

The fee is very nominal. It's around 1.5 lac per semester. There are scholarships available for the students. The college website holds all the details. One can check it. The fee hike policy is not a burden on the student's pockets. Due to the corona, the fee hike was also not much. In fact, the college compensated for the internet charges borne by the students during the course of studies.

Campus life is decent, but the campus is a little small but life at BIMTECH is enjoyable with different kinds of cultural fest such as Reflection they also conduct different sports events as well. The library is very good and aesthetic. The college has many clubs and conduits like SPOCO, CULCO Alum conduit, Editorial club etc. They all are student-driven and very active.

Boys Hostel for 1st year is outside campus named as RCI vidya Vihar which is around 1.5 km from campus. But there is a bus facility provided by BIMTECH for going to college and coming back. 2nd year downwards it is in campus hostel. For girls, the hostel is inside the campus, but the life at RCI is best as compared to a campus hostel.

There was a WAT (Written Ability Test) that was conducted on a topic related to aerospace followed by 25 mins of Pl and based on both these aspects and merit I got selected. I just practised by myself for WAT and interview.
