The college has a fairly good placement record and students get placed in renowned companies with honorable packages. Course Curriculum Overview
I have enrolled in the 4 years B. Tech course (electronics and communication stream), where we study both software and hardware domains. It is job oriented course and students get placed in esteemed companies. You can also opt for higher studies and the faculty members are always there to guide you through.
Internships Opportunities
There are off-campus internship opportunities available in our college. Students can enroll for internships in the domain of their interest and can opt for the duration which suits them. Alongside internships, students can also make projects taking help from the faculty in their department, or can also focus on their own projects with teachers to help them. Students can team up with friends and make projects to participate in various competitions.
Placement Experience
The college holds a good placement record and is visited by a good number of renowned companies. The students become eligible for campus placements from the beginning of the 7th semester. For our branch, the placement records are fairly good with around 70% and above being placed in good companies with honorable packages.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee for the college is around 82,250 per annum. The college is AICTE approved, NBA accredited, and is among the top renowned colleges in West Bengal. The admission over here is based on merit i.e. the rank scored in WBJEE, JEE-MAINS. Some admissions are also allowed from the management quota. The fee structure is reasonable compared to other private engineering colleges.
Campus Life
The college years are definitely the most memorable ones in which we make friends and memories for a lifetime and that's taken into account in this college. The college conducts a good number of cultural fests Homecoming, Zener are a few to name. Also, there are sports clubs, cultural clubs, eco-club in which students can join as per their interest. Students need not worry about books either. There is a good collection of books available in the college library which is likely to help during semester exams.
