Remarks
I choose this college because the placement, teachers, sports, college campus all the facility was very good and I am impressed that's why I choose this college over others. The admission process was very easy the college criteria was very clear 60% above in 10+2 and a good rank holder in any entrance exam (JEE MAINS or WBJEE). During college selection, I opened the college website i.e., nsec.ac.in.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because I can handle this one better than CS or IT and during this course, I can get a job in any company either CS or IT company. The faculty was very good and I haven't seen this kind of faculty in any college as well as the student's ratio was also good. In my class, the total number of ECE students was 120. All the faculty were highly qualified and the most important they were very kind-hearted and the teaching was very good they teach I thing 2 to 3 times so that we can learn easily. I will give 10 out of 10 in the teaching rating. Every year we have 2 semesters which means a total of 8 semesters in 4 years and each semester exam takes place in every six months gap and the paper was not too hard as we are under MAKAUT so their paper level was moderate if you study otherwise it is hard.
Placement Experience
From 7 semester we are eligible for campus placement. Some companies visit our college during placement like TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, many more. The highest package I came across was 12 lakh per annum by Infosys and the average package was 7-8 lakhs per annum. Around more than 70% of student get placed every year. I planned to get a good job outside INDIA.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for one year is around 90000 and it looks like the fees are too much but if you go to any good private engineering college you will face this kind of fees only. There is scholarship also like WBMDFC, SWAMI VIVEKANANDA SCHOLARSHIP, NATIONAL PORTAL SCHOLARSHIP and many more.
Campus Life
My all-time favourite fest was the ZENER the ECE fest and this fest conduct between March-April. There is a lot of books in the library of the latest edition and a good journal too. There is a projector in every classroom and there is a lift in the corridors. There are a lot of sports like cricket, football, carrom, chess, and many more and every year we have a sports arena for different colleges students. There is a lot of social group like WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, telegram.
