Netaji Subash Engineering college - Techno India Group- situated in the southern part of Kolkata, Garia - Established in the year 1998-Standing tall as one of premium education institutions. Pros: 1. It has good faculty members. 2. The library here has all the necessary books available. 3.It has good infrastructure and facilities. 4. The place where it is situated is in the middle of Metro and locals trains, making it easy to travel.
Course Curriculum Overview
Instrumentation engineers usually work in manufacturing industries to improve the productivity, reliability, and stability of the automated system. The growing power of the industries makes it an important stream. The jobs offered from these streams are electrical, mechanical as well as electronics. The student ratio is mainly 1:5. The exams are taken as per the MAKUAT guidelines.
Internships Opportunities
CTS offers internship which is part time jobs before giving full time obs. It allows 14k for selected students. There are other companies which provided internship for selected students its stipend is around 10k.
Placement Experience
From 7 semester students are eligible for campus placements. TCS, CTS, KRITI, WIPRO, AMAZON, DTDC, LTI. TCS gives two package options one is ninja which is 3.4 and the other is Digital which has 6.2. CTS gives 4 and other companies have almost 3.5 packages. Almost 75 percent of students get placed. I am planning to do higher education.
Fees and Financial Aid
The cost of the study is almost 4.3lakh. Scholarship: TRW, Techno Scholarship, There are many other scholarships available which you have to appeal at the time of your admission. I got a job as an Assistance Engineer in TCS.
Campus Life
Our departmental fest is called SAMHAR which takes place every semester. The library has every departmental book available. The digital library has journals, Question-Answer books of GATE for every stream. The campus has a sports ground where students play Football, Cricket, Badminton, Chess, Table tines etc. The social groups are Robotics for Robot Development, Phonex.
