Remarks

Apart from infrastructure the college is very good in terms of faculty placements fee structure. The location of college is also very difficult to approach so one can opt for cab facilities which are private.

Entrance Preview

GGSIPU Entrance exam 2010. I got a rank of 9803 in university exam. Almost 50k students applied and some were even not able to clear the exam. Upto 13k rank students got admission in various colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Curriculum was designed as per industry standards. Gives a great deal of importance to project development. But fir that you need some prior training and experience which may or may not be provided a part of class room. More focus is on theoretical subjects. During projects phase more importance is given to research based instead of application based projects.

Internships Opportunities

No internship is provided. So no case of stipend. Even if someone continues to work from his own choice there is no option of stipend but it can be a great learning opportunity.

Placement Experience

5

Placement and job opportunities are excellent.good companies like Microsoft Google visit here. Mass recruiters also come and take a large strength of people. For CSE and it stream almost 95% students get placements but there is one person 1 job policy so u will not be allowed to sit fir multiple companies.

College Events

2.5

A fest called AMITECH is celebrated which is a technical cum cultural fest organised every year. alumni meet is also organised aa a part of this fest. No other events are celebrated apart from this. Some teachers take initiatives to organised different management or technical events from alumnus.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is quite in budget approx 75000 a year. One of the cheapest colleges among other university colleges. That may be because the infrastructure is not at all good one lab is converted to another with changing semesters. The systems used are also very slow and old.

Fees and Financial Aid

No scholarship or loan facility. But 1 good thing is that other colleges take donation for management quota seats except this one. One can be selected based on 12 th percentage and marks.

Campus Life

1.5

Extracurricular activities like sports, dance and music is provided through various clubs that anyone can join.clubs like decibel for music and talent for dance are very good. Technical clubs like IEEE and Its organised various workshops and competitions.

Hostel Facilities

0.5

No hostel facility is provided and canteen is also not hygienic. The canteen owners keeps on changing. But there are few pgs on the backside where one can stay.it's better to stay near by because the location of colleges very decent. The canteen does not provide a wide menu. Don't rely rely on them it's better to carry Tiffin's aor go to near by small dbabas than go to canteen.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni and seniors are also very helpful. Seniors can provide help in form of their notes and guidance on future career path. Many alumni of college are now part of bog MNCs.

Exam Structure

Exam structure was hectic. In 1 semester we have almost 6 theory subjects . 2 mid term exams followed by end term exam is organised. The exam papers are sent from university and are very difficult one should study hard to get good grades and marks.the lab exams are very much chilled out. Easy to complete them.

Faculty

4.5

Faculty teaches with patience and is very knowledgeable. Some teachers will take initiative to teach the best and will also help students with the difficulties but some teachers don't have good knowledge.many teachers have completed their PhD an have written books which are followed by students if other colleges also.

The placements of MAIT are decent as compared to market conditions. But the data shown on website or availble at various platforms is not the reality. The mass chunk of students who get a job are placed under and around 6LPA package.

Course Curriculum Overview:

When it comes to curriculum everything us fine accept 1st year curriculum. My branch is ece in 1st year i have to study chemistry and physics which is no use for anybody in future it is just waste of time pretty outdated. For 2,3 and 4th year curriculum is far better than what it is in 1st year. Odd semester starts form August and after 2 month we have to give midsem exam.1 month after midsem we have to give endsem. There is very short time period between midsem and endsem examinations.Even semester starts form January everything is same as that of odd semester.

Placements are good in DTU. Usually a student is eligible to sit in placements from 4th year. Last year 325+ companies visited the campus like google, abode, Amazon, Microsoft, zomato, samsung, maruti suzuki, etc. They all have made 2050+ offers. The highest domestic package was offered by Atlanssian of 82.05LPA. The overall average package was 16.71LPA. The average package of my branch (Production and Industrial Engineering) was 12.34LPA. And in tech branches like CSE, IT it was around 24-25 LPA. Almost everyone is allowed to sit for placements. In PIE branch around 60-65% of student got placed in on campus.
