Remarks
I chose this college based on the placement history. It had a pretty good review about the placement. Besides, it had really good infrastructure including the labs, library, sports, and another teaching facility. The admission process is pretty usual. We have to opt for the counseling process. Then one has to visit the college for paying the admission fees and to register the name as a student. Usually, it takes one day. But lateral entry takes more than one day. I knew some people who studied here and their review was pretty convincing. I did some research too.
Course Curriculum Overview
I was always interested in electronics. This course has both Electronics and the IT side which made it easy for me to choose. The professors I have encountered up to this point have the minimum qualification of a master's degree in whatever subject they are teaching. Many of them have already done their Ph.D. or pursuing it. The teachers are really friendly and make it easy to understand for us. They help us real good with the doubts. Term exams were being taken in the usual way as per the university's direction but covid changed the way.
Placement Experience
Third semester- Bajaj, TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, Amazon, Byjus, Infosys, Cognizant, Godrej. Highest Package: 10-12 LPA, Average- 3-4 LPA. I want to gain experience by working in an MNC then I want to pursue MBA.
Fees and Financial Aid
NSEC takes fees as per the semester. We have to pay the fees for next semester in the current one (paying the 4th sem fee in the 3rd sem). Compared to other private colleges I found the fee structure of my college really affordable.
Campus Life
Mesmerizer is the cultural annual fest which is usually conducted in late January. And the tech fest is Avenir which is conducted in February. We take all of our semester subjects and reference books from the library. The classrooms are well maintained and cleaned regularly. All of the rooms have projector. The sports committee is pretty good. Phoenix. Rotaract, DSC.
Interview Experience
There wasn't any interview. The counseling process was pretty much online-based. The only offline thing we had to do was an admission. We have to visit the college physically for admission. There was an admission faculty which we had to encounter and fill up the database.
