I selected this college because many of my relatives had a good experience regarding this college and my own brother had completed his B.Tech E.C.E from here 5 years back. I had previously known this college inside-out because I had come once-twice with my brother for the library renewal which is a great thing about this college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The faculty here are extremely good and have in-depth knowledge about their subjects. In fact, the rarely mass-bunk happens is because the syllabus is almost completed and we students need to concentrate on competitive exams. Every subject here has a minimum of 3-4 teachers.
Placement Experience
NSEC has job offers from multiple multi-national companies like TCS, Capgemini, Johnson Control, etc. Out of 100 E.C.E students almost 90 of them get placed at the end of the 4th year. College placements start after or in the 6th semester. My own brother is well placed in TCS for 3 years now though I plan to crack the GATE exam if I study hard enough.
Fees and Financial Aid
I am studying here with a fee package of approx 4.5 lakh for 4 years. There has not been any fee hike after my admission and my brother who had studied here also studied B.TECH E.C.E 5 years back for approx 4 lakh for the whole 4 years course. Since I am a general quota student I did not have any fee concessions.
Campus Life
The annual tech fest of E.C.E is called Zener and is always a grand success. It is must attend feature for every E.C.E student and takes a fee of Rs 250 only and gives full lunch snacks cold drinks dance drama meeting with pass out seniors. Our classrooms are fitted with projectors and labs are well equipped with enough computers
