NSEC is one of the top engineering colleges in Kolkata under the Techno India Group. The students on campus help to develop a sense of community, which allows a first-year student to feel more comfortable at college. The college has expanded the departmental strength for Applied Electronics and Instrumentation. Not many colleges provide the Aeie course which is a specialized course in engineering. Joining this course helped me understand the electronics part along with the utilities of the industry instruments. It covers everything from hardware to software. The admission process is completely hassle-free. After the entrance exam, when the results are out, the list shows that you have been selected in the opted department based on your score. Once you confirm, the clog office will take 1/2 days to complete the entire admission process. You can directly visit the college website to get a detailed view of every department, its professor, and other necessary information.
Course Curriculum Overview
The departmental of Applied Electronics and Instrumentation has a very futuristic goal. The blend of both hardware and technology gives a complete understanding of all the necessary innovations. Our HOD along with our mentors guide us , helps to overcome difficulties and solve our quarries. According to MAKAUT syllabus, the subjects are taught by very competent professors specialist in their field. All the subjects are taught with great depth.Real life problems are discussed. Subject notes are provided before the exams. The classroom environment is very comfortable and internal exams are easy to moderate.
Placement Experience
Placement starts after the end of the 6th semester. By the time of graduation, 80 % of the eligible students are placed on campus from different MNC's Like TCS, CTS WIPRO, LTI, DXC, Amazon, and 20 more. The average package offered is 3.5 to 5 lpa. Those opting for higher studies can do so while studying for the semesters. The college library provides all the books for preparation.
Fees and Financial Aid
College fees are affordable. Semester-wise fees are to be submitted. Fees waiver is considered for low-income families based on proper documentation. MNC's Like TCS, CTS, WIPRO, DXC, and 20+ companies recruit eligible candidates in all the departments.
Campus Life
The campus climate is student-friendly.Participation in department fests like Samhar for Aerie students or the college tech and cultural festsise mandatory. It's a part of our 4-year journey We all celebrate by taking part in our preferred events. Students from other clg can come and take part in the events. The official tech group in Phoenix and there are clubs for culture,sports, robotics. Classrooms are clean and can accommodate nearly 60 students Every room is equipped with a blackboard and projector.
