Netaji Subhash engineering college is committed to the highest standards of educational and other provision for its students, and encourages students to provide the Institute with thoughtful and constructive feedback. Formal evaluations, together with informal comments and consultations, are used to make improvements to our course and other provisions, and to provide encouragement to staff where appropriate. I completed my first semester online so smoothly. All the technical assistance , faculties are so supportive. Placement scenario is very good with respect to other wb colleges.
Course Curriculum Overview
I want be a app developer, that's why I took information technology branch. All the faculty members of IT branch are so supportive , really all are always ready to clear your all doubts. You can clear your doubts any time anywhere. Syllabus of our subject was completed smoothly before the semester and revision class also conducted.
Internships Opportunities
Yes internship is compulsory for all the students paid or unpaid, there are group of teachers who taking care of it. There are some extra curriculum added to our syllabus for boosting our knowledge and easily grab our opportunity. Some of them is VAT ,it is really helpful for us.
Placement Experience
yes placement statistics of this college is much better than I expected (it is for only cse/IT/ece students).approx. 80 to 90 percent students got placed ,who are from CSE, IT and ECE department. From the 3rd year you can participate in campus placement. There are number of company which visited our campus ,Companies like TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, Thought Works and more recruit students from here. Value-added training is provided prior to interviews and placements in college. Our mass recruiter is TCS
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee is too low, seriously if anyone can completed there B.tech course in just 393,000 Rs , then nothing is better than this. Here scholarship criteria is something different ,those who are from Bengal state can get advantage of it if income is low, otherwise no.
Campus Life
You can make your environment here outside the college campus. College is situated at very well deserved area , really , Kolkata is not much far away from here. So yes ok ok not much better.
Interview Experience
I take admission through Wbjee scored 9k and get IT branch. You can also take admission through your JEE mains rank. Exam of Wbjee is not so tough you can easily get good marks, if you practices math's at basic level not too tough to crack.
