Remarks
The good aspects are placements, Name tag of Birla, and the personal and professional experiences of the faculty,The bad aspect is there is a lack of synergy between the departments owing to mismanagement
Course Curriculum Overview
The course covers all aspects of management and makes you industry-ready with a special focus on statistics, presentation skills, and other soft skills required in the industry. The faculty is quite helpful.
Internships Opportunities
Internships are offered for all the fields including marketing, finance, HR, and operations. The stipend offered is quite less or nil may be due to the Covid pandemic. The average stipend is Rs 5000. Companies like Infosys, EY, Mars, Insense Analytics, Bajaj Allianz, Bluestar, and Safeexpress have come for SIP.
Placement Experience
Not sure much about the placements currently as I am currently studying but the average placement is nearly 7 lakhs CTC. Many companies including Gartner, Infosys, Aditya Birla come for the placements. The college claims 100% placements but I am not sure about this till now.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee structure is divided into 4 installments which cover both the academic and the hostel and mess fees. The scholarship is offered to students scoring more than 85 percentile in CAT. And the ones who top among the courses are offered scholarships upto 50000 under the name of B.K. Birla Scholarship.
Campus Life
Life at the campus is good. There are various cultural festivals held at the campus including the DJ nights. Every festival is celebrated joyfully on the campus. There are various games which come under sports conduit and 22yards. You can get exposure and be a part of various clubs and conduits.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility and the staff are quite good. The food at BIMTECH is great. There is no seperate procedure to register for the hotel just a formal form fillup. You can't live outside as it is a residential course and the hostel and mess facilities are quite good.
Interview Experience
Yes, Both Written Aptitude tests (WAT) and Personal interviews were conducted. The WAT consisted of a general topic on current affairs. On the other hand, PI included both general and technical questions (especially related to decision making)
