Pros- 1) Government Funded College so fees is comparatively low as compared to Private College.2) Situated in between hills, scenic beauty is always there.3) You'll definitely get a lot of time to learn other courses that you love.4) After having this experience in your life, you'll be able to survive anywhere, you'll get a lifetime experience. Try to live in hostel, if possible.5) You'll definitely value yourself as a person, you would've grown a lot. Try to experience everything possible.Cons-1) In particular, there're very few opportunities for getting placed, you'll have to look out for placement2) You'll find a lot of things outdated in college, some machines might not work and definitely you'll lack in technology.3) Manyatimes, you'll be away from basic amenities such as water but somehow you'll learn survival.4) Education is a bit outdated and sometimes faculties might annoy you, but it's fine that happens everywhere.Conclusion: If you want a lifetime experience, enjoy with your friends, travel a lot you'll definitely love it, if coming for educational purpose only, you might find something's missing. Like it's said, anyone can grow from anywhere.Well, That's it.

I was able to make it upto Civil Engineering by my rank in the JEE-Mains. Student's are fixed at 60 strength and in 2nd yr 5-10 seats are reserved for lateral entry ones. Teaching method isn't that great, take it as a Govt. College, don't get too high expectations. Faculties are highly qualified in their particular field but somehow teaching methods are a bit difficult means hard to understand.Terms exams are held every 6 months along with practicals and unit tests are held every 2 months, it's never too tough to pass but ya definitely if you study 1-2hr/day, you'll definitely be able to make it through easily.

Companies that come to college are below 5 and average package is mostly 3.5LPA. Other students go away from campus and try their fate at Pool Campu Drives. Percentage asked for attending interview is mostly 60%+ without any backlogs at that time.

Campus life is amazing, annual fest "Scintilla" is held every year, tech fests are held every year for every branch separately. Books and Journals are always present there but updated one's are few.Sports fest "Spardha" is held every year every sport is held here mostly.Few groups and Clubs are there, you can join, of you like them

Fee structure is definitely low as compared to other colleges. If you're in Top-5 of your class, you'll get scholarship and some scholarship's are there for EWS and SC/STs.Placements are quite rare as below 5 companies come due to the location, getting placed from there is an uphill task.

Mess heads are decided among the students and a menu is decided for whole week at the commencement of the year 13000 is the fees for one sem of hostel including rent, food, electricity etc. Food isn't that great but you can eat at the nearby shops and canteens.
