Life at BIMTECH

The campus life is very happening with a great ratio of college placements. The procedure of admission in the college is through merit, firstly there is a WAT process after that the PI comes and on those bases, you got selected for the college program. This college provides good placements in PGDM, especially for the marketing stream. Before selecting this college I visited various sites like collegedunia, shiksha.com, and many others.

Marketing is a flagship course of Bimtech college with a good faculty ratio over the number of students of 1:60 faculty-student ratio. The faculty is well qualified and well experienced in their own specific fields which helps students in a better way. The exams get conducted every 3-4 months so you have to study hard.

There are various companies that come for the internship program with stipend providing a different kind of roles in their specific domain or industries. Also, there are various live projects been given to the students for better knowledge and clarity of their domains.

During the 4th trimester, the companies start for college recruitments and different companies have their different criteria for selecting the students. Companies of IT, FMCG, Banks, Manufacturing companies come for the recruitment of students.

The college tuition fees are 1200000 and hostel & mess fees are 87000 for 6 months. There is a scholarship of rupees 50000 and 25000 for the top scorers in every trimester. College provides the summer internship with a stipend for students.

Bimtech has a very vibrant social and campus life with various clubs and conduits responsible for various events organised on the campus every trimester. Books and journals are easily available in the library. Classrooms are well equipped with the latest technologies. There's an annual sports meet also inter-department sports events are organised by our sports-related clubs and conduits.

Rooms are facilitated with basic facilities like AC, study table and clusters have common TV and fridge. The meal quality is very good with a huge variety of menu. The hostel is mandatory for all the students.

There was a WAT process before the PI round and the topic was related to the CAA and NRC act. In interviews, the questions were asked about my qualification, work experience, and general ongoing topics. I prepared myself for the interview on my own.
