BIMTECH - Review

The best thing about BIMTECH is their experienced faculty members, who have the balance of both corporate and academic experience. BIMTECH is among top rated private B school in India, and has students exchange programme with other foreign institutes. The institute gives academic freedom and flexibility which is very important for development of individual. Also College has good placement ratio, which as been improving year by year.

I have chosen PGDM Finance at BIMTECH, as I was very much interested in BFSI and Insurance sector. The faculty and students have good repo at BIMTECH, and even student ratio at BIMTECH is equal. All the faculty at institute are well qualified for there job.

I was offered an Internship at Reliance Nippon Life insurance company Ltd. Stipend offered to me was on the basis of my performance at work. The company was very good and supportive and I'm loving to work with them.

The students become eligible for placement after short term project or internship. The company starts coming for placement from the month of September - October,. Also some students manage to get PPO from the company were they complete their Internship.

You have to pay fee in 3 installment, starting from the confirmation of admission. Hostel and mess fees is included in overall fee. Also scholarship is given on the basis of entrance exam and also for merit students in each trimester.

I don't have much Idea about clubs, but life at BIMTECH is pretty good. All the sports facilities is available at BIMTECH, also college focus on overall development of students so they focus on others activities too.

The hostel rooms are divided into cluster of four, all the facilities are available at BIMTECH hostel. The college has one hostel out of campus which is mostly for first years students. All the second year student stay in campus.

There was no GD in admission process, one has to go for written exam and personal interview. The written exam topic would be on current issue or the news which is everywhere. In personal interview starting from basic Question Tell me about Yourself, Some case and situation were given to solve.
