The college has a great infrastructure or I can say it has the best one. For all kinds of sports activities there are numerous equipments and playgrounds. The cultural fest organized here are the best. Like the ECLECIA which is mind blowing. For B.tech , the candidate must have passed in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with an aggregate of 45 % of marks in each of the mentioned subjects . Also the candidate must have scored an aggregate of 30% in English. Candidates needs to qualify either JEE MAINS or WBJEE for getting into this college. College is autonomous. I joined this college because it had the best infrastructure and best scope of foreign studies. I myself went to different websites to get to know about this college completely before taking admission like collegedunia,shiksha.com etc.

I chose Computer Science and Engineering because I had interest in coding and computer graphics. Also I think it was the best branch I could get. The faculty here is nice and humble but sometimes I feel a little biased . Faculty to students ratio is about 1: 40. The teaching methods are new and efficient for the betterment of students. All our faculties are highly qualified such as Ph.D. or doctorate types. The term exams were always held without any fail . It was never tough to pass the term exams because I was paying attention to the classes clearly. It was always helpful for me to get a good marks.

The students are eligible for campus placements stating from the 5th semester. Numerous companies are there which come to offer job in our college like TCS , COGNIZANT, TATA MOTORS, FLIPKART, TELECOM and many more. TCS is the major mass recruiting company. The highest package offered last year was 32 lakhs on campus placement offered by a company Cognizant. Approximately 70 -80 % of the students are completely placed . I going for off campus placements and I will make it.

The fee structure was good . For 4 years of BTECH, it took me around 4 lakhs in total i.e., 1 lakh per year. The opportunity of scholarships is always there. The college gives every student its own email id where it continuously sends all the details for the upcoming internships and scholarships. Also , better marks in academics can also give you good scholarships. I haven't done any internships yet I am about to do. Tata steel, cognizant and many others companies come for placements as well . Overall placements are decent.

We have an annual fest namely ECLECIA which is the best fest among all the colleges in West Bengal . It is conducted in the month of April every year . We also have a tech fest , freshers etc throughout the year. College has literally all the sports activities in the college. There are no sport at all which is not present. Basketball, football, cricket, table tennis, archery, chess and many more. There are clubs run by students like the Rotaract club ,DSC club and Geek for Geek clubs for coders ,Ghunghroo the dancing club and many more.

No GD or PI was conducted . The only thing that was conducted was the WBJEE exam whose results matters while the admission procedure is taking place .One can also take admission through the JEE MAINS basis. I gave WBJEE and I got 3329 rank which was sufficient for BTECH in my college.
